Services Description
Str8Sync is a done-for-you marketing automation and AI systems agency serving local service businesses. Services include smart website builds, CRM and pipeline setup, AI agent configuration (including voice AI), automated follow-up systems, and ongoing system management. All services are delivered digitally and remotely.

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

All content on this site — including but not limited to the Str8Sync brand, logo, the Lex Stryde AI character, 3D renders, copy, design, and system architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of Niche Edge LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Str8Sync content without express written permission.
"Lex Stryde" and the Str8Sync AI persona are proprietary brand assets of Niche Edge LLC.
Client systems built by Str8Sync remain the intellectual property of Niche Edge LLC until all fees are paid in full.

Purchases & Payment Terms
By completing a purchase on this site, you are enrolling in a Str8Sync subscription plan consisting of a one-time non-refundable deployment fee and a monthly recurring subscription beginning on Day 31 after system launch.
The deployment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced.
By submitting payment, you authorize Niche Edge LLC to charge your card the monthly subscription amount beginning Day 31 and recurring monthly until cancelled.
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 5 business days' notice before the next billing date via email to [email protected].
All purchases are documented with IP address, timestamp, and agreement confirmation at checkout.

Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact Str8Sync directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Str8Sync is a violation of these terms and may result in collections action. Str8Sync will provide full documentation to dispute any fraudulent chargeback attempts.

SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your phone number through any form, chat widget, or checkout on this site, you consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Str8Sync (Niche Edge LLC) regarding your inquiry, account, or services.
Calls and messages may be automated, pre-recorded, or use an artificial intelligence voice.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or requesting removal during any call.
Opting out will not affect any existing service agreements or payment obligations.

Third-Party Services
Str8Sync uses third-party platforms to deliver services, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Stripe (payment processing), Google Meet (video calls), and ElevenLabs (AI voice). Niche Edge LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of these third-party services. Use of this site constitutes acknowledgment that these services may be involved in delivering your system.

Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Niche Edge LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Results described on this site represent examples and are not guaranteed outcomes. Individual results will vary based on business type, market conditions, and client participation.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Edge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its services — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
