By accessing or using str8sync.com ("the Site") or any services provided by Niche Edge LLC (operating as Str8Sync), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site or its services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Services Description
Str8Sync is a done-for-you marketing automation and AI systems agency serving local service businesses. Services include smart website builds, CRM and pipeline setup, AI agent configuration (including voice and chat capabilities), automated follow-up systems, and ongoing system management. All services are delivered digitally and remotely.

Website Use
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use this site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of this site in violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including but not limited to the Str8Sync brand, logo, the Lex Stryde AI character, 3D renders, copy, design, and system architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of Niche Edge LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Str8Sync content without express written permission.
"Lex Stryde" and the Str8Sync AI persona are proprietary brand assets of Niche Edge LLC.
Client systems built by Str8Sync remain the intellectual property of Niche Edge LLC until all fees are paid in full.

Purchases & Payment Terms
Str8Sync offers multiple service plans. Payment terms vary by plan type as described below. By submitting payment, you authorize Niche Edge LLC to charge your card on the schedule applicable to your plan. All purchases are documented with IP address, timestamp, and agreement confirmation at checkout.
Protégé Plan — $150 one-time + $97/mo
A non-refundable one-time setup fee of $150.00 is charged at purchase, covering sub-account creation, website build, domain connection, and SSL configuration. A monthly recurring subscription of $97.00 is billed immediately upon setup completion and every 30 days thereafter. No 30-day free period applies to this plan.
Free Domain (Year One): Where Str8Sync procures a domain on your behalf, the cost is included within your setup fee up to a maximum of $20.00/year. Domain names with a registration cost exceeding $20.00/year are not eligible for the free domain offer; in such cases, the client must either pay the difference, select an alternative domain, or provide their own domain. Beginning in Year Two, the client assumes full responsibility for domain renewal costs. Domain registration is subject to availability.
This is a website-only plan. It includes a dedicated GoHighLevel sub-account with client login, a mobile-optimized website, lead capture, automated lead notification, review request workflow, and monthly performance report. System limits apply: 250 contacts, 1 user seat, 1 pipeline, and 3 workflows. No AI agent is included. AI agent capabilities are a separate product — see AI Add-On below.
AI Add-On for Protégé: Available at $150.00 activation + $100.00/mo (PAYG) or $200.00/mo (Pro). Current promo: activation fee waived with any new plan purchase. Promo applied during your Str8Sync onboarding call. See AI Trial Promotion section below for full terms.
Free Domain (Year One): Where Str8Sync procures a domain on your behalf, the cost is included within your setup fee up to a maximum of $20.00/year. Domain names with a registration cost exceeding $20.00/year are not eligible for the free domain offer; in such cases, the client must either pay the difference, select an alternative domain, or provide their own domain. Beginning in Year Two, the client assumes full responsibility for domain renewal costs. Domain registration is subject to availability.

A non-refundable one-time deployment fee of $1,500.00 is charged at purchase. A monthly recurring subscription of $300.00 begins on Day 31 following confirmed system launch. The deployment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced.
System limits: 1,000 contacts, 2 user seats, 3 pipelines, 10 workflows. Includes one AI agent capable of handling both Chat and Voice channels. AI usage fees are based on consumption volume and may vary month to month. Estimated usage costs are available upon request during your Str8Sync onboarding call. Unlimited AI usage (both channels, one agent) may be added for $200.00/mo flat.
Upgrade path: Clients upgrading from Foundation to Branded retain all existing system data, automations, and configurations. Nothing is rebuilt. Nothing is lost.
System limits: 1,000 contacts, 2 user seats, 3 pipelines, 10 workflows. Includes one AI agent capable of handling both Chat and Voice channels. AI usage fees are based on consumption volume and may vary month to month. Estimated usage costs are available upon request during your Str8Sync onboarding call. Unlimited AI usage (both channels, one agent) may be added for $200.00/mo flat.
Upgrade path: Clients upgrading from Foundation to Branded retain all existing system data, automations, and configurations. Nothing is rebuilt. Nothing is lost.
Branded Plan — $2,500 one-time + $400/mo
A non-refundable one-time deployment fee of $2,500.00 is charged at purchase. A monthly recurring subscription of $400.00 begins on Day 31 following confirmed system launch. The deployment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced.
System limits: 5,000 contacts, 3 user seats, 5 pipelines, 20 workflows. Includes one AI agent (Chat and Voice channels). AI Add-On Pro is included at no additional fee — covers 1,000 AI Agent responses, unlimited Reviews AI, and unlimited Content AI per month. AI usage fees are based on consumption volume and may vary month to month.
Upgrade path: Clients upgrading from Branded to Signature retain all existing system data, automations, and configurations. Nothing is rebuilt. Nothing is lost.
System limits: 5,000 contacts, 3 user seats, 5 pipelines, 20 workflows. Includes one AI agent (Chat and Voice channels). AI Add-On Pro is included at no additional fee — covers 1,000 AI Agent responses, unlimited Reviews AI, and unlimited Content AI per month. AI usage fees are based on consumption volume and may vary month to month.
Upgrade path: Clients upgrading from Branded to Signature retain all existing system data, automations, and configurations. Nothing is rebuilt. Nothing is lost.
Signature Plan — $4,000 one-time + $500/mo
A non-refundable one-time deployment fee of $4,000.00 is charged at purchase. A monthly recurring subscription of $500.00 begins on Day 31 following confirmed system launch. The deployment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances once work has commenced.
System limits: Unlimited contacts, 5 user seats, unlimited pipelines, unlimited workflows. Includes one AI agent (Chat and Voice channels) with AI Add-On Pro included — 1,000 AI Agent responses, 100 Voice minutes, unlimited Reviews AI, unlimited Content AI, and 100 Prompt Optimizer minutes per month. A portion of the $500.00/mo subscription ($100.00) is allocated to cover AI platform usage costs. No overages. No caps.
Agent Stacking (Signature Exclusive): Signature plan clients may add additional AI agents at +$100.00/mo per agent. Each additional agent after the first receives a 10% discount. Example: two agents = $190.00/mo total. Agent stacking pricing is exclusive to Signature plan subscribers. Foundation and Branded plan clients adding additional agents are billed at the standard Add-On Pro rate of $200.00/mo per agent.
Multi-Location: Signature plan includes support for up to 2 business locations. Additional locations are available at a custom rate based on scope and configuration requirements. Contact Str8Sync for a custom quote.
System limits: Unlimited contacts, 5 user seats, unlimited pipelines, unlimited workflows. Includes one AI agent (Chat and Voice channels) with AI Add-On Pro included — 1,000 AI Agent responses, 100 Voice minutes, unlimited Reviews AI, unlimited Content AI, and 100 Prompt Optimizer minutes per month. A portion of the $500.00/mo subscription ($100.00) is allocated to cover AI platform usage costs. No overages. No caps.
Agent Stacking (Signature Exclusive): Signature plan clients may add additional AI agents at +$100.00/mo per agent. Each additional agent after the first receives a 10% discount. Example: two agents = $190.00/mo total. Agent stacking pricing is exclusive to Signature plan subscribers. AI Add-On — $150 one-time activation + usage-based billing
The AI Add-On is a standalone product available to any client — including active Protégé subscribers or clients with an existing website not built by Str8Sync. A non-refundable activation fee of $150.00 is charged at purchase, covering configuration and training of one AI agent capable of handling both Chat and Voice channels. This is a single agent — not two separate services.
Following activation, AI usage fees are based on consumption volume and may vary month to month. Clients who prefer flat-rate unlimited usage may upgrade to Unlimited AI for an additional $200.00/mo flat, covering both Chat and Voice channels on the same agent.
The AI Add-On is a separate purchase from the Protégé Plan and is not bundled with it. Foundation, Branded, and Signature plans include one AI agent (both channels) at no additional activation fee.
External Platform Add-Ons: AI Add-Ons for websites not hosted on the Str8Sync platform (e.g. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) do not qualify for the 30-day free billing period. Recurring charges begin at activation.
Following activation, AI usage fees are based on consumption volume and may vary month to month. Clients who prefer flat-rate unlimited usage may upgrade to Unlimited AI for an additional $200.00/mo flat, covering both Chat and Voice channels on the same agent.

Annual Plans — 2 Months Free
Str8Sync offers annual billing for all four service plans at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months of service paid in full (2 months free). Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment.
Protégé Annual — $948/yr ($79/mo equivalent): Non-refundable setup fee of $150.00 charged at signing. Annual subscription of $948.00 billed in full at activation. No 30-day free period applies.
Foundation Annual — $3,000/yr ($250/mo equivalent): Non-refundable deployment fee of $1,500.00 charged at signing. Annual subscription of $3,000.00 billed in full on Day 31 following confirmed system launch. 30-day free period applies.
Branded Annual — $4,000/yr ($333/mo equivalent): Non-refundable deployment fee of $2,500.00 charged at signing. Annual subscription of $4,000.00 billed in full on Day 31 following confirmed system launch. 30-day free period applies.
Signature Annual — $5,000/yr ($417/mo equivalent): Non-refundable deployment fee of $4,000.00 charged at signing. Annual subscription of $5,000.00 billed in full on Day 31 following confirmed system launch. 30-day free period applies.
Annual plan clients may downgrade to standard month-to-month billing at any time. Upon downgrade, annual savings no longer apply. No refund will be issued for the annual payment already processed. Unused months may be converted to Str8Sync account credit upon written request to [email protected]. Credit may be applied toward any active Str8Sync service or add-on. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
The AI Trial Promotion does not apply to annual plan purchasers. The annual discount is the applicable offer.

From time to time, Str8Sync may offer a promotional 30-day free trial of AI Unlimited to new plan purchasers. When active, the following terms apply:
The promotion is available exclusively to new Str8Sync plan purchasers (Protégé, Foundation, Branded, or Signature) on monthly billing. The $150.00 AI activation fee is waived for qualifying purchases only. The trial is limited to one AI agent per Str8Sync account. The promotion does not apply to standalone AI Add-On purchases, external platform add-ons, or annual plan purchasers.
Recurring AI Unlimited charges of $200.00/mo begin automatically on Day 31. To avoid being charged, the client must cancel no later than 7 days prior to Day 31 by written notice to [email protected]. The promotion is activated during the client's Str8Sync onboarding call and is not available for self-service activation.
Str8Sync reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. Availability of this promotion is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.
The promotion is available exclusively to new Str8Sync plan purchasers (Protégé, Foundation, Branded, or Signature) on monthly billing. The $150.00 AI activation fee is waived for qualifying purchases only. The trial is limited to one AI agent per Str8Sync account. The promotion does not apply to standalone AI Add-On purchases, external platform add-ons, or annual plan purchasers.

Pilot & Promotional Pricing
Clients onboarded under a pilot or promotional rate acknowledge that such pricing is introductory and does not constitute the standard service rate. Pilot pricing terms are governed by the agreement in effect at the time of enrollment and are subject to change upon renewal.
Cancellation — Month-to-Month Plans: Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice via email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued. The client will be billed for any subscription cycle that begins within the 14-day notice window. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any setup or deployment fees previously paid.
Cancellation — Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice prior to the annual renewal date via email to [email protected]. No refund will be issued for the annual payment already processed. The client retains full access through the end of the paid annual period. Unused months may be converted to Str8Sync account credit upon written request. Credit is non-transferable and expires 12 months from date of issue.
GHL Sub-Account Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation of any plan, the client's GoHighLevel sub-account, domain configuration, and all associated automations will be deactivated. Clients wishing to retain their domain must assume direct management with their registrar prior to cancellation. Clients who wish to retain their GoHighLevel sub-account may request an account transfer within 30 days of cancellation. A one-time transfer fee of $297.00 applies. Transfer requests submitted after 30 days of cancellation will not be honored.
All purchases are documented with IP address, timestamp, and agreement confirmation at checkout.

Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact Str8Sync directly at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Str8Sync is a violation of these terms and may result in collections action. Str8Sync will provide full documentation to dispute any fraudulent chargeback attempts.

SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your phone number through any form, chat widget, or checkout on this site, you consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Str8Sync (Niche Edge LLC) regarding your inquiry, account, or services.
Calls and messages may be automated, pre-recorded, or use an artificial intelligence voice.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or requesting removal during any call.
Opting out will not affect any existing service agreements or payment obligations.

Third-Party Services
Str8Sync uses third-party platforms to deliver services, including GoHighLevel (CRM and automation), Stripe (payment processing), Google Meet (video calls), ElevenLabs (AI voice), and Anthropic (AI language model technology powering certain AI agent and assistant features). Niche Edge LLC is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing changes, or terms of these third-party services. Use of this site constitutes acknowledgment that these services may be involved in delivering your system. Third-party platforms are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern their respective use of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Niche Edge LLC does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Results described on this site represent examples and are not guaranteed outcomes. Individual results will vary based on business type, market conditions, and client participation.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Edge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or its services — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Niche Edge LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
