Effective Date: April, 24th, 2025.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Str8Sync products and services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Str8Sync provides smart websites, AI agents, and automation solutions. Service scope is defined in your selected plan or custom agreement.

2. Pilot Program & Billing

All new clients receive a 30-day Pilot Program where setup, configuration, and integration occur before billing begins.

At the end of the 30 days (or upon launch, whichever comes first), regular subscription billing starts.

3. Setup Fees

If your plan includes a setup fee, it is non-refundable. This covers upfront work and resource allocation.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy

Setup fees: non-refundable.

Subscription fees: refundable only if Str8Sync fails to deliver the agreed Pilot Program before billing begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information and timely access to required platforms.

Maintain compliance with all applicable laws while using Str8Sync services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Str8Sync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the past 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.

Upon termination, access to Str8Sync services ends, and outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
