Chat and Voice are two channels handled by the same AI agent. AI Chat handles conversations through your website widget or SMS — it reads messages and replies in real time. AI Voice handles inbound phone calls — it answers, qualifies the caller, and can book appointments without you picking up. One agent, both channels. The agent is included in all Full Build plans (Foundation, Branded, Signature) and available as a separate add-on product for Protégé clients or businesses with an existing site.

The AI Add-On starts with a $150 one-time activation fee, then you choose your usage tier:

AI Add-On (Pay-As-You-Go) — $100/month base + usage billed at GHL platform rates. No markup. Covers chat and voice on one agent.

AI Add-On Pro (Flat Rate) — $200/month per agent. Includes 1,000 AI responses, 100 voice minutes, unlimited Reviews AI, unlimited Content AI, and 100 Prompt Optimizer minutes.

For Full Build plans (Foundation, Branded, Signature), the AI agent is already included — no separate activation fee. Add-On Pro is +$200/month on Foundation. Included in Branded at no extra charge. On Signature, it's fully baked in at +$100/month per agent — half the standard rate.

Yes. Str8Sync is currently offering a 30-day free trial of AI Unlimited (Add-On Pro) for new plan clients. The $150 activation fee is waived, and the $200/month flat rate doesn't begin until Day 31.

How to claim it: This offer is activated during your onboarding call — it's not self-serve. It's available exclusively with new Str8Sync plan purchases (Protégé, Foundation, Branded, or Signature). Standalone AI Add-On purchases and external platform add-ons are excluded.

Full Build plans include a fully custom website build, one AI agent configured for both Chat and Voice channels, lead follow-up sequences via SMS and email, a client-facing booking calendar, CRM pipeline buildout, and a 60-minute onboarding session. Free domain and SSL are included for year one. Monthly billing begins on Day 31 — you're not charged monthly until your system is live.

Every Str8Sync plan includes a free domain and SSL certificate for year one, capped at $20/year. Str8Sync procures and configures the domain for you. If the domain you want costs more than $20, you can pay the difference or bring your own — connection is included in the setup fee either way. Starting in year two, you assume the domain renewal cost, which is typically $15–20 per year. No surprise fees.

GHL (GoHighLevel) is the CRM and automation platform powering your Str8Sync system. Every paying client — starting with Protégé — gets their own dedicated sub-account with their own login. This is your system, not a shared instance. Your contacts, pipelines, automations, and website all live inside your sub-account. Str8Sync manages the agency-level account, but your data is yours. If you upgrade from Protégé to a Full Build plan, your sub-account and everything in it carries forward.

Str8Sync does not lock you into long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. You will be billed for any subscription cycle that begins within the 30-day notice window. Full Build plans include a 30-day build window before monthly billing begins.

Annual plans: You may switch to standard monthly billing at any time. Annual savings no longer apply once you downgrade. No refund is issued on the annual payment already processed — unused months convert to Str8Sync account credit upon request.
